Andy Zylak, Canada Country Manager, Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Canada, Inc.
Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma Canada, Inc. (MTP-CA), a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America, Inc. (MTPA), is pleased to announce the appointment of Andy Zylak as Canada Country Manager.
Zylak has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning numerous roles and therapeutic areas. Prior to joining MTP-CA, he served as head of the Canadian neuroscience business unit at Allergan. Zylak was also Vice President of the Cardiovascular and Metabolic Business Unit at AstraZeneca Canada, and has extensive experience in sales, sales management, training, marketing management and senior leadership, including launch and specialty care experience.
In this new leadership role at MTP-CA, Zylak will oversee the operations and growth of the business in Canada and bringing new treatments to the market for unmet medical needs, including rare diseases.
