Teck Resources Limited (“Teck”) is pleased to announce that Charlene Ripley has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel, effective January 3, 2023.
Ms. Ripley joins Teck from SNC-Lavalin, where she was Executive Vice President and General Counsel. She previously held senior Legal roles at Goldcorp, Linn Energy, and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Ms. Ripley is a graduate of Dalhousie University (Bachelor of Laws) and the University of Alberta (Bachelor of Arts with Distinction). She sits on the National Board and Finance and Governance Committees of the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
