Daniel Ratushny practises corporate, securities and sports law with a focus on private equity, M&A, capital markets transactions and international sports arbitration.
Daniel has assisted domestic and international clients in various industries on matters including corporate finance, deal structuring, governance and share acquisition transactions. He is an Arbitrator with the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland and with the IAAF Disciplinary Tribunal. He has experience hearing contractual, match fixing, anti-doping and sports federation disputes. He played hockey for Team Canada at the World Junior Championships, Olympics and Spengler Cup and worked internationally as a professional player and coach.
