The appointment of Mr. Frank Swedlove as Chair of Assuris’ Board of Directors. Mr. Swedlove has been a member of the Board since 2018. Mr. Swedlove is the former President & CEO of the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA). Previous to this, he was an Assistant Deputy Minister at Finance Canada, responsible for policy development for Canadian financial institutions and markets.
