A British Columbia Supreme Court judge has approved a proposed $14.4-million settlement from Apple AAPL-Q to eligible members of a class-action lawsuit that accused the company of deliberately slowing iPhone 6 and 7 models through software updates, CBC News reported on Monday.

Apple has denied the allegations and the settlement is not an admission of wrongdoing, CBC added.
