Today we released the eighth – and final – episode of In Her Defence. What a journey it’s been.
(If you haven’t listened to the eighth episode, you may want to stop reading here as there’s spoilers ahead.)
By the end of the series, you’ll know that Helen is out of prison on parole. The last time I saw her, she was doing very well, taking it slow and getting accustomed to her new life.
But there are so many other women like Helen out there. I hope people who connected with this series will find ways to help other women and children living with domestic violence, in whatever ways they can.
