Chartwell Seniors Housing Real Estate Investment Trust says its chief operating officer Richard Noonan will leave the company at the end of the month.
The Toronto-area property owner said Tuesday Mr. Noonan is moving to a new field outside the seniors housing sector.
When Mr. Noonan leaves, his job will be assumed on an interim basis by Donna Marasco, REIT's senior vice-president of operations.
Chartwell is a real estate investment trust which indirectly owns and operates a range of seniors housing centres — from assisted living to long-term care centres.
