NEW YORK, July 14, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- MainStay CBRE Global Infrastructure Megatrends Term Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: MEGI) today announced the Fund's monthly distributions for July 2023 of $0.1083 per common share. The Fund's current annualized distribution rate is 9.35% based upon the closing price of $13.90 on July 12, 2023, and 7.86% based upon the Fund's closing NAV of $16.53 as of the same date.
