(NASDAQ: CCBG) today reported net income of $6.4 million, or $0.38 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to net income of $10.1 million, or $0.60 per diluted share, for the third quarter of 2021, and $7.7 million, or $0.46 per diluted share, for the fourth quarter of 2020.
