MONTRÉAL, Jan. 5, 2024 /CNW/ - Cogeco Inc. (TSX: CGO) and Cogeco Communications Inc. (TSX: CCA) will hold their Annual Shareholders' Meetings virtually on Thursday, January 11, 2024, starting at 11:30 a.m. (EST) via live video webcast. During this time, both companies' financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2024, which ended November 30, 2023, will also be disclosed. Information to join the annual shareholders' meetings is available on the Cogeco and Cogeco Communications websites. You will be able to log into the virtual Meetings here starting at 10:30 a.m. on January 11, 2024.
