PITTSBURGH, Sept. 12, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- CNX Resources Corporation ( NYSE: CNX) ("CNX") today announced that it has commenced a cash tender offer (the "offer") to purchase up to $350,000,000 aggregate principal amount of the $700,000,000 amount outstanding of its 7.250% Senior Notes due 2027 (the "Notes").
