(Nasdaq: CPSS) (the “Company”) today reported on discussions between its executive officers and representatives of Black Diamond Capital Management L.L.C. (“Black Diamond”). In those discussions, Black Diamond proposed that the Company should nominate Stephen H. Deckoff and James E.
