(CSE: CXXI) (OTCQX: CXXIF) ("C21" or the "Company"), a vertically integrated cannabis company, today announced the filing of its audited financial statements and management discussion and analysis for its fiscal year ended January 31, 2022, as well as its unaudited interim financial statements and management discussion and analysis for the first quarter ended April 30, 2022, on SEDAR. The Company's audited fiscal year end and unaudited interim Q1 financial statements are prepared in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles ("GAAP").
