WATERLOO, ON, Dec. 12, 2023 /CNW/ - Definity Financial Corporation ("Definity") (TSX: DFY) announced that it will continue to the Canada Business Corporations Act ("CBCA") on January 1, 2024, adding significant financial flexibility for the company in the pursuit of its objective to become one of the five largest providers of property and casualty insurance in Canada.
