(CSE: FFNT) (OTCQX: FFNTF) ("4Front" or the "Company") announced today that it intends to issue 750,000 share purchase warrants to an arm's-length consultant under a consulting services agreement. Each warrant will be exercisable at C$0.14 into one class A subordinate voting share of the Company for a period of 4 years.
