TORONTO, Feb. 29, 2024 /CNW/ - First Quantum Minerals Ltd. ("First Quantum" or the "Company") (TSX: FM) announced today that it has completed the previously-announced bought deal offering of common shares of the Company (the "Equity Offering"). First Quantum issued 139,932,000 common shares (including 18,252,000 common shares issued pursuant to the exercise in full of the underwriters' over-allotment option) at a price of C$11.10 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$1,553,245,200 (approximately $1,150 million).
