VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 14, 2023 /CNW/ - Augusta Gold Corp. (TSX: G) (OTCQB: AUGG) (FSE: 11B) ("Augusta Gold" or the "Company") announces that it has negotiated a three-month extension to the maturity date of its loan with Augusta Investments Inc., the Company's largest shareholder.
