Joint Venture with GIC Completes Acquisition of Residence Inn Scottsdale North

Four-Hotel Portfolio Sale Completed for $28.1 Million

AUSTIN, Texas, June 5, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Hotel Properties, Inc. (NYSE: INN) (the "Company") today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the 120-guestroom Residence Inn Scottsdale North for $29.0 million through its joint venture with GIC. Additionally, the Company is providing an update on previously announced disposition activity.
