Company Expands Board of Directors from Eight to Nine Members

PITTSBURGH, March 22, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Koppers Holdings Inc. (NYSE: KOP), an integrated global provider of treated wood products, wood treatment chemicals, and carbon compounds, today announced that the company has increased the size of its Board of Directors from eight to nine members and has elected Andrew D. Sandifer as a director of the company, effective March 20, 2023.
