Labcorp Announces Launch of Fortrea's Notes Offering in Connection with Anticipated Spinoff

BURLINGTON, N.C., June 8, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Labcorp (NYSE: LH), a leading global life sciences company, today announced that Fortrea Holdings Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Labcorp ("Fortrea"), has launched an offering of senior secured notes due 2030 (the "Notes"), subject to market conditions and other customary factors, in connection with the previously announced spinoff of Fortrea into a separate publicly traded company (the "Spinoff").
