MEDICURE ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF 2022 AGM

WINNIPEG, MB, June 20, 2022 /CNW/ - (June 20, 2022) Medicure Inc. ("Medicure" or the "Company") (TSXV: MPH) (OTC: MCUJF), a company focused on the development and commercialization of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products for patients and prescribers in the United States market, is pleased to announce that the following individuals were elected as directors at its Annual General Meeting of shareholders held on June 16, 2022:  Dr. Albert Friesen, Gerald McDole, Brent Fawkes, Dr. Arnold Naimark, Peter Quick and James Kinley.  In addition, the shareholders re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditor of the Company.
