Vail Resorts Announces Commencement of Senior Notes Offering

BROOMFIELD, Colo., April 24, 2024 /CNW/ -- Vail Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: MTN) today announced it intends to commence a private offering to eligible purchasers, subject to market and other conditions, of $600 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2032 (the "Notes"). The Notes will be unsecured senior obligations of the Company and will be guaranteed by certain of the Company's domestic subsidiaries (other than certain excluded subsidiaries).
