HOUSTON, Oct. 19, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Prosperity Bancshares, Inc.® (NYSE: PB) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.55 per share for the fourth quarter of 2022, payable January 3, 2023, to shareholders of record as of December 15, 2022.  The fourth quarter dividend represents an increase of $0.03 per share, or 5.77%, from the prior quarter.
