HOUSTON, July 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Prosperity Bancshares, Inc.® (NYSE: PB) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.52 per share for the second quarter of 2022, payable October 3, 2022, to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2022.
