Announced that the Board of Directors has declared a monthly cash dividend on its common shares of C$0.0125 per share in accordance with the Company's dividend policy. The dividend will be payable on May 15, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30. This monthly cash dividend is designated as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes. Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd. shares T.TVE are trading down $0.08 at $3.92.
