TORONTO, March 25, 2024 /CNW/ - VitalHub Corp. (the "Company" or "VitalHub") (TSX: VHI) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Cormark Securities Inc. acting as lead underwriter, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the "Underwriters") pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase 5,834,000 Common Shares (the "Common Shares") from the treasury of the Company, at a price of $6.00 per Common Share for total gross proceeds of approximately $35.0 million (the "Offering").
