Hold a light piece of office equipment such as a stapler. Place your forearm on the arm rest of your chair. Allow your wrist to dangle over the end. With your palm facing down, bend at the wrist so your knuckles move toward your forearm. Repeat 15 times, then switch hands.Carrie Cockburn/The Globe and Mail
