You don’t have to sweat through squats to tone your bum. Get horizontal and try this easy combo.
1. Lie on your side. Position your knees as if you were sitting in a chair.
2. Use your bum to lift your top leg up. Don’t let your foot twist up higher than your knee. Repeat 15 times.
3. Hold your leg up and foot still as you use your bum to open up your knees like a clam. Repeat 15 times. Switch sides and repeat.
