An aboriginal man on his way to hospital after suffering an epileptic seizure died after Regina police pepper sprayed him in the ambulance.
Police were called Tuesday when Vernon Dale Crowe, 32, suffering a seizure at a mission, became combative. Mr. Crowe's condition rapidly deteriorated on the way to the hospital where he was declared dead. Autopsy results have not yet been released. CP
