The Northwest Territories, once again, is bidding goodbye to Bob.
The legislature has decided to drop the search for a new name for the territory -- the second time it has chosen not to replace the current one. The plug was pulled on the first such effort in 1999 when a public opinion poll suggested that the most popular name was Northwest Territories and the second most popular was Bob. CP
