Another strike at a downtown Toronto hotel is in full swing as the city's International Film Festival continues.

Striking workers are staging pickets outside the Holiday Inn on Bloor Street.

The second one-day hotel strike in the city comes as dozens of celebrities are checking into Toronto's luxury hotels for the festival.

Yesterday actor Martin Sheen and his actor son, Emilio Estevez threw their support behind a 24-hour walkout by workers at the swanky Royal York hotel.

A third walkout is planned for tomorrow at the Hyatt Regency.

Talks broke down between the union representing city hotel workers and hotel management this week. The dispute is over shift hours.

The workers say they want to spend more time with their families.
