Kim Van Der Zon, to the Toronto office, Egon Zehnder

Originally from Toronto, Kim Van Der Zon has led the Global Board Practice of Egon Zehnder out of the New York office. Kim will continue to serve as a trusted adviser to large-cap Fortune, FTSE and TSX chairmen, boards and chief executive officers on all facets of maximizing human capital, including talent management, board and CEO succession, and governance. Kim has been awarded the 2017 'Canada's Top 100 Women' for career achievements and impact. She has also been named to the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) 'Directorship 100' in recognition of her boardroom expertise and influence. Kim sits on the Advisory Committee of Canada's '30% Club', focused on improving gender balance on boards.
