Luke Seabrook is appointed Global Head, Enterprise Initiatives, Infrastructure and Innovation. Mr. Seabrook will be responsible for delivering cross-enterprise strategies that reinforce BMO's brand, drive business performance and enable the bank to achieve customer and financial targets. Mr. Seabrook's mandate includes the leadership of BMO's productivity efforts and Corporate Real Estate, Procurement and Enterprise Strategic initiatives.
Mr. Seabrook joined BMO in 2004 as Managing Director and Head of Equity-Linked and Mutual-Fund-Linked Products. In 2012, he was appointed Head of the Financial Products & Debt Products groups and in 2015 became Global Head of Trading Products, leading teams in Toronto, Chicago, London, Dublin and Hong Kong. In 2017, Mr. Seabrook was appointed Chief Operating Officer, BMO Capital Markets, overseeing all balance sheet and risk-taking activity, as well as first-line regulatory and compliance activities.
Mr. Seabrook serves on BMO Financial Group's Executive and Operating Committees. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra and on the United Way Toronto and York Region's Major Individual-Giving Cabinet.
