Though this townhouse is smaller than their former digs, it has the essentials. "It has two bedrooms up, an open living/dining [area], kitchen and access to your own patio and underground parking," says Ms. Adamick. "It has high vaulted ceilings in the upstairs bedroom and it faces east-west, so it has good light."
