The Agent's Take: "Most condo buildings in Toronto are impersonal and large, offering a security guard and amenities, like swimming pools and party rooms," agent Boris Kholodov said. "However, there are people who value privacy and architectural heritage …more than services and luxury, [so] these people are seeking small and unique boutique buildings. Unfortunately, there are not many of them in Toronto, especially in central locations, [but] 33 Price is one of them, which is why it is so desirable."
Units with this particular design and decor are also hard to come by. "There are many condo options in the area, but nothing else like this," adds Mr. Kholodov. "All units in the building are unique."
