Saskatchewan Wheat Pool has completed the sale of its CSP Foods unit to Dawn Food Products (Canada) Ltd., a $35-million deal that was originally announced in early February. CSP Foods makes and distributes food ingredients to the bakery, food services and retail grocery markets. It has operations in Saskatoon and Toronto. Dawn Food Canada is a subsidiary of Michigan-based Dawn Food Products Inc.
