Since he was 10 years old, Remi Boudreau dreamed of becoming a magician. Now at 22, the full-time student at Université de Moncton is not only running a successful magic company, but has also been named a 2011 Student Entrepreneur New Brunswick Champion by Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship (ACE) and CIBC.

While it's not easy to be in school while running a magic business - where he's performing at least 100 shows per year - Mr. Boudreau seems to have struck the right balance.

"Time is the big investment in magic," says Mr. Boudreau. "But if you can manage your time correctly, you can accomplish basically anything," he adds.

In the latest of a series of monthly podcasts with ACE honourees, see link on left, he spoke with Diane Jermyn about starting his company, what happens when tricks go wrong and his plans to take his show across the country. Listen to the podcast here: Juggling books and magic not always easy, says student .

Mr. Boudreau took your questions in a live discussion.
