Shareholders expressed their disappointment with many of RIM's directors by withholding their votes at the company's annual general meeting on July 10. Report on Business takes a look at how individual board members fared.

Research in Motion Ltd. chair Barbara Stymiest at the company annual meeting in Waterloo, Ont., on July 10. Ms. Stymiest, 55, has been a director of RIM since March, 2007, but only became chair in January, 2012. She opened Tuesday’s meeting by stressing that she knows some shareholders are frustrated with RIM’s troubles, but that the board has faith in the revamped management team.
