The board of directors of D-BOX Technologies Inc. of Longueuil, Que., has appointed Claude McMaster as president and CEO of the company. Michel Jacques, who has held the position since 1994, will remain with the company as a strategic adviser to management, and retain his seat on the board. Mr. Mc Master's appointment is effective immediately.
Mr. McMaster joined D-Box in 2003 as executive vice-president and CFO. Before joining the company, Mr. McMaster was the partner in charge of the technology sector at the Arthur Anderson Corporate Finance Division for three years.
