Granola CrackersKevin Van Paassen/The Globe and Mail

Serve these healthy, hearty, tasty crackers, from chef Laura Calder, with your favourite cheese.

Servings: about 48 crackers

Ready Time: about 30 minutes (includes 20 minutes baking time)

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup sesame seeds

2 tablespoons sugar

1-1/2 tsp salt

1-1/2 tsp dried oregano

1-1/2  tsp dried thyme

1 tsp garlic powder

3 eggs

3/4 cup grapeseed or avocado oil

Method

Preheat oven to 375.

Line an 11-1/2 x 17-inch baking sheet with parchment.

Mix all the ingredients together and spread them evenly over the pan.

Bake until lightly golden and foaming on top, 20 to 25 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cut into squares while still hot.

Let cool on the baking sheet before removing.
