Question: In your new show, This Sitcom Is Not To Be Repeated, Wednesday, 9 p.m., Comedy Network, you're knee-deep in improv once again. Isn't improv the comedy equivalent of jumping out of a plane without a parachute?

Answer: Yes, with the added bonus that people laugh at you when you die.

Q: You were nominated for your dramatic work as Grace Bailey on Wind At My Back. What will you miss the least about that series?

A: The gratuitous nude scenes.

Q: Recently, you appeared on Hollywood Squares. Any theories on why some celeb-rities are as thick as planks on that show?

A: I'm sorry, what's a theory?

Q: Mansbridge or Robertson?

A: I'm a new mom, I'm lucky if I can catch the news strolling past recycling boxes.

Q: You've worked with a wide range of ce-lebrities from John Candy to the Olsen twins. Which of your many co-stars taught you the most about what not to do in show biz?

A: Well, Mary Kate and Ashley taught me not to ignore the classics.

Q: This might sound like a personal question, but where do you keep your beaver? The one that you were awarded at last year's Canadian Comedy Awards for best female improv?

A: It's discretely tucked away, but every now and then my husband and I take it out for a polish.

Q: There are unconfirmed rumours about an all-comedian Survivor next season. What would you do to make the show funnier?

A: Tell them to hire Not To Be Repeated, and make us wear thongs.
