Resources Limited (TSX: AIS, OTCQB: AISSF) (the “Company” or “AIS”) announces that due to demand the Company has upsized its previously announced non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to 14,500,000 Units at a price of $0.035 per Unit for gross proceeds of $507,500 (the "Private Placement"). The proceeds will be used for general working capital and exploration of the Company’s gold projects in Australia. The Company may pay finders fees of up to 8% cash and 8% finders warrants on a portion of the placement.
