Aon and NFP issue joint statement about the expiration of Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Act waiting period for proposed acquisition agreement

DUBLIN, Feb. 21, 2024 /CNW/ -- Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, and NFP, a leading middle market property and casualty broker, benefits consultant, wealth manager and retirement plan advisor, announced today that the waiting period has expired under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976, as amended, in connection with Aon and NFP's previously announced acquisition agreement.
