TORONTO, March 27, 2024 /CNW/ - Alamos Gold Inc. ("Alamos") (TSX: AGI) (NYSE: AGI) and Argonaut Gold Inc. ("Argonaut") (TSX: AR) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a definitive agreement (the "Agreement") whereby Alamos will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Argonaut pursuant to a court approved plan of arrangement (the "Transaction").
