NEW YORK, April 10, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX) announced today that its operating partnership, Brixmor Operating Partnership LP (the "Operating Partnership"), commenced a cash tender offer (the "Tender Offer") to purchase up to $150 million aggregate principal amount (the "Tender Cap") of its outstanding 3.650% Senior Notes due 2024 (the "Notes").
