KELOWNA, BC, Nov. 15, 2022 /CNW/ - Cantex Mine Development Corp. (TSXV: CD) (the "Company") is pleased to announce a fully subscribed non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of $1,600,000 (the "Offering").  The offering is expected to close on November 18, 2022.
