(TSX: DIV and DIV.DB) (the “Corporation” or “DIV”) is pleased to announce that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.01833 per common share for the period of November 1, 2021 to November 30, 2021, which is equal to $0.22 per common share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be paid on November 30, 2021 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2021.
