And the Canada Life Assurance Company today jointly announced that they have closed the previously announced sale of Investment Planning Counsel Inc., a leading independent wealth management firm, from IGM to Canada Life for approximately $575 million. IGM Financial Inc. shares T.IGM are trading down $0.29 at $33.21.
