TORONTO, Aug. 2, 2023 /CNW/ - Lahontan Gold Corp (TSXV: LG) (OTCQB: LGCXF) (the "Company" or "Lahontan") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Beacon Securities Limited (the "Lead Agent") as sole bookrunner on behalf of a syndicate of agents, including Haywood Securities Inc. (together with the Lead Agent, the "Agents"") in connection with a commercially reasonable "best efforts" private placement (the "Offering") of units of the Company (the "Units") at a price of $0.08 per Unit (the "Issue Price") for gross proceeds to the Company of a minimum of $2,000,000, subject to the maximum amount that may be issued under Part 5A (the "Listed Issuer Financing Exemption") of National Instrument 45-106 – Prospectus Exemptions ("NI 45-106").
