(TSXV: LME) and (OTCPINK: LMEFF) ("LAURION" or the "Corporation") announces that Nick Ierfino  has resigned as a director of the Corporation, effective September 30, 2023, and the Corporation's board of directors (the "Board") has accepted his resignation.
